What an amazing experience. Everyone and I mean everyone I had to deal with gave me the best customer service I've seen anywhere here in the mountains. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a sense of urgency about them. This level of customer service is just not common in the area. I actually had the new doctor Patricia Allen. I've never had such a fun eye exam and she would settle for nothing but perfection. I was given the most thorough exam I've ever had and she wouldn't settle for anything but perfect vision. I walked away with several sets of glasses and contacts and the best vision I've had in many years. I just can't recommend them enough. They really get the whole thing right.
